I would like to give a huge shout out to Chris, the Verizon Rep that I dealt with earlier this week. Firstly, his presentation to me was thorough and convincing. So convincing in fact that I did something I NEVER do, I placed an order to change my service on the spot. I’m going to fast forward to the part where I decided to cancel the order and to stay with my current supplier. A true test of one’s integrity is how you react when things don’t go how you want them to go. Chris was incredibly gracious and respectful of my decision. He never made me feel uncomfortable or attempted to make me doubt my decision. At the same time, it was obvious that he believed in his product and I told him that I would leave the door open and consider a change at a later date. I would deal with Chris if that happens, without reservation !

Noriaki U. made set up with Verizon easy and was very personable and friendly. He also helped out with informing me on ways I could save money that I didn’t know existed. Great experience.
